 Collecting of New Admission forms &documents.
 Keeping record of all new admissions Students.
 Record keeping of all the documents of the students.
 Maintain the record of new students in School’s software.
 Issuance of ID cards to students.
 Issuance of the students Leaving Certificates & Character Certificate.
 Students Monthly Strength & Evaluation Report.
 Drafting work (circulars, entry test paper composing, all other necessary schedule making for new admissions)
 Monthly Attendance record of all the students & teachers.
 Composing daily/monthling /grand tests
Major Responsibilities:
Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.
Retrieve, separate and sort program output as needed, and send data to specified users.
Issuance of the students Leaving Certificates & Character Certificate.
Drafting works (circulars, GT-I, Midterm, GT-II & Final Exam paper composing, Result Sheets all other necessary schedule making for new admissions)
Monthly Attendance record of all the students.
Major Responsibilities:
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Major Responsibilities:
Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers
Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies
Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
